Notion Bachelorette/Hens Planner Template

Planning a bachelorette/hen do/hens is overwhelming! There are so many balls to juggle in the air at once and it's a constant worry that something will (or has!) slipped through the cracks.

This is the template I used when planning my best friend's hens. It helped me with 'where to begin' paralysis, kept me and the other bridesmaids on track and made me feel at ease that everything I needed was in one, organised place.

Key features of this template include:

• A master to-do list split by owner
• A themes database to help with brainstorming
• A vendor database to capture all key information, files, and contact details
• A spending database that's connected to the vendor database - what has been spent, how much is remaining, who has spent what, the pp cost
• A guest list to track RSVPs and who has paid
• An itinerary for the day with linked venue addresses
• A space for 'random musings' e.g. gifts, outfits etc.
